General Terms and Conditions
-
Ownership During Trial Period: The animal remains the property of Rescues4Pets during the 14-day trial period. Ownership is transferred only after successful completion of the trial and all requirements are met.
-
Adoption Application Approval: Submission of an adoption application does not guarantee approval. All approvals are at the sole discretion of the Rescues4Pets management team.

-
This fee may be retained if the animal is returned or recalled during the trial.
-
Refund decisions are at the discretion of Rescues4Pets.
-
-
Animal Removal: Rescues4Pets may remove the animal during the trial period if deemed necessary. Non-compliance with removal requests may result in the animal being reported as stolen.

-
Animals may be returned to Rescues4Pets at any time during the trial if deemed unsuitable or unwanted.
-
One week’s notice is requested where possible to arrange alternative care, though immediate returns will be accommodated where necessary.

-
If the animal becomes lost, the adopter must notify Rescues4Pets immediately and take steps to search for the animal, including contacting the Queensland Lost Pet Register, RSPCA, and Animal Welfare League.
